All Kimurawear® products carry a 60 day guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If you experience an issue within this time period please contact customerservice@Kimurawear.com. All defective products outside this time period are reviewed by our customer service department on a individual case. Kimurawear® reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for future inspection, by our manufacturing department. Returns or Exchanges: All new merchandise (not washed, worn, altered), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for cost incurred for returning product and, for exchanges, once Kimurawear® receives the returned merchandise the exchange will be shipped to you. Current shipping states is set as (Normal). All shipments leaving our HQ are shipped within 48 hours. Our two partners Canadapost / FedEX / UPS / ISC / Purolator / Canpar are both on a regular scheduled pick up. Travels times my slightly be delayed, depending on location, demand and volume by our carriers.

All orders placed will be shipped from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario Canada.
